Role Overview
Prestige Auto Holdings Ltd is looking for proactive and eager individuals to join their team as Branch Sales Personnel. This role demands excellent customer care and communication skills to achieve and surpass sales targets.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
2. Lead marketing activities at the branch.
3. Manage branch assets, including vehicles, furniture, fittings, office equipment, and phones.
4. Handle petty cash floats and prepare daily petty cash utilization reports.
5. Issue receipts to all clients.
6. Manage branch staff and report cases of indiscipline or underperformance to the Head of Human Resource.
7. Interact with customers for feedback, ensuring quality customer service, and address complaints with supervisors.
8. Ensure all branch vehicles are clean, in good condition, and report required repairs to the Fleet Manager.
9. Maintain fuel accountability by reconciling lessons conducted with fuel consumed.
10. Liaise with the Head of Finance to ensure timely payment of branch bills.
11. Track students’ time and reconcile with instructors’ logbooks and mileage analysis.
12. Prepare weekly reports.
13. Submit client documents and follow up to ensure proper delivery to head office and rightful users.
14. Ensure compliance with accounts policies.
15. Maintain an updated stock register for items sold, including highway code books, learners’ permits, and road sign charts.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
• Education: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, administration, or any business-related field is preferred.
• Skills:
o Computer literacy.
o Strong communication skills.
o Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
o Team leadership and management skills.
o Excellent analytical skills.
o Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed set targets.
