*Job Title:* Artificial Intelligence Ethicist
*Job Summary:*
We’re seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence Ethicist to join our team. As an AI Ethicist, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring that our AI systems are designed and developed with ethical considerations in mind, prioritizing transparency, fairness, and accountability.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *AI Ethics Framework Development:* Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks, guidelines, and policies that align with organizational values and industry standards.

*Requirements:*
1. *Education:* Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Law, or a related field.
2. *Experience:* 2+ years of experience in AI ethics, preferably in a corporate or academic setting.
3. *Skills:*
– Strong understanding of AI ethics principles, frameworks, and guidelines
– Experience with AI system development, deployment, or evaluation
– Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
