Job Summary

The Accountant will be responsible for managing the company’s accounts, preparing accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and safeguarding company assets. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under minimum supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
• Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
• Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts.
• Ensure compliance with statutory tax and financial regulations.
• Safeguard company assets by implementing internal controls.
• Assist in preparing audit schedules and liaising with external auditors.
• Provide management with timely financial reports to support decision-making.

Requirements & Qualifications

• CPA or ACCA qualification (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ working experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
