Job Overview
Platinum Credit (U) Ltd is seeking a Collections Supervisor to manage the recovery of civil servant loans through loan booking, payment follow-ups, and payroll resubmissions. The role ensures high collection efficiency and excellent customer service by effectively managing non-performing accounts and implementing collection strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Delinquency Management: Enforce the Delinquency Escalation Process on overdue accounts.
- Payroll Processing: Ensure timely loan deductions by verifying data and necessary documentation with branch teams.
- Payment Reconciliation: Collect and submit deduction schedules monthly to facilitate accurate reconciliation and payment postings.
- Account Monitoring: Identify and follow up on accounts without payments, working with customers and votes to resolve issues.
- Re-Issuance & Claims: Identify accounts due for re-issuing and initiate necessary processes. Claim balances for deceased accounts from the insurance company within 30 days.
- Loan Performance Tracking: Cross-check active accounts with physical schedules to ensure accurate loan receipts and enhance collection efficiency.
- Non-Performing Loans (NPL) Follow-up: Investigate and confirm reasons for non-performance from employers and provide insights for decision-making.
- Data & Reporting: Capture employer feedback into the system for future analysis and report generation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Skills:
- Excellent computer literacy.
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
